Our workshops are designed to help you work through any struggles you may be facing and our fun and relaxed afternoon activities will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Our retreat is a safe place for people to share if they want to, but it's not mandatory. We also offer personal coaching on self-love that includes reiki healing and reiki sessions
