    Self Care and Reiki Healing with Claire Fildes and Sophie Burton - 6:30 – 9:00PM Tuesday 25th July – Yeldersley Hall, Ashbourne, DE6 1 LS - £40 per person

    We are more than just a retreat, we give you more energy, a positive outlook, and help you learn to love yourself more.

    Our workshops are designed to help you work through any struggles you may be facing and our fun and relaxed afternoon activities will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

    Our retreat is a safe place for people to share if they want to, but it's not mandatory. We also offer personal coaching on self-love that includes reiki healing and reiki sessions
